Daily Questions:
Please get out the lab directions & your lab notebooks. On the handout, make a short list of the materials you and your partner will need to pick up to complete the experiments. We will NOT be doing the optional part in the first experiment, with NaCl. When is it important to wash your tools? In your lab notebooks, make a title page, and then a subtitle for the purpose. Our purpose: To determine the effects of heat and DNAse on the structure of DNA and how it relates to the Watson-Crick model.
Agenda:
1. Lab procedures overview
2. Performing lab experiments
Homework:
-Using provided index cards, create 2 questions from each section you were not an expert on, record those one 1 side of the card, then answer the questions on the other side. QUALITY QUESTIONS ONLY!
